The RN Nurse Analyst PRN identifies opportunities to improve patient care processes, enhance clinical outcomes, and promote a culture of safety and quality. This position is responsible for coordinating and implementing performance improvement initiatives, supporting quality and patient safety programs, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.

Working collaboratively with physicians, nursing leadership, and interdisciplinary teams, the RN Nurse Analyst PRN conducts systematic chart reviews, analyzes clinical data, and abstracts information from multiple sources and electronic systems to identify trends, measure performance, and drive evidence-based improvements. Through data analysis, education, and collaboration, this role helps advance organizational excellence and supports the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care.


EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Required: 2 years of experience in Healthcare, Patient Safety, Quality Improvement, Medical Records, Clinical Care, or Data Analysis.
  • Required: 2 years of experience as a RN in clinical settings, Quality, Performance Improvement role with supervisory/leadership experience.
  • Required: 2 years of experience in healthcare environment and Patient Safety or Quality Improvement.
  • Required: 3 years of experience in healthcare finance, CDM or Revenue integrity.
  • Preferred: 3 years of experience in ICU or ED.


    EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

    • Required: Associate's/Bachelor's Degree Nursing
    • Preferred: Bachelor's Degree/Master's Degree Nursing
