Job description

Our Client is seeking a dedicated and skilled Insurance Defense Attorney to join their growing team in Greenville, SC.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense

  • Licensed to practice law in South Carolina

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Responsibilities

  • Manage litigation from initial investigation through to case resolution

  • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements

  • Participate in hearings, depositions, and mediations

  • Collaborate closely with clients and the legal team to develop case strategy

  • Demonstrate excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills

  • Maintain attention to detail and manage multiple deadlines

  • Communicate effectively with clients and industry professionals
