Location: US:WI:MENOMONEE FALLS at our FROEDTERT MEN FALLS HOSPITAL facility.

This job is ON - SITE.

FTE: 0.500000

Standard Hours: 20.00 per week

Shift: Shift 2

Shift Details: 1300-2100. Position includes every other weekend and rotating holidays. Must be flexible to start earlier and stay later, if needed.

Job Summary:

Establishes accounts with accurate demographic and financial information to produce a clean claim to the third party payor. Ensures that all compliance forms are appropriately completed and documented on the patient's account. Efficiently coordinates registrations of all patients. Front line staff is the first impression for the Hospital so excellent customer skills are required of the staff member. Other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:

A minimum of 1 year of office experience is preferred. Knowledge of medical terminology and previous experience with a data entry system as normally acquired through one-year experience in a health care environment is preferred. A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience is preferred.

EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:

High School diploma or equivalent is required.

SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION:

Accurate data entry skills are critical. Interpersonal skills and excellent customer service skills are necessary to appropriately interact with patients and/or family members in all situations.
