What to Expect?
The A/P Data Entry clerk operates effectively large amounts of information. The target is to insert, update and maintain accurate data on computer systems.
On a daily basis our A/P Data Entry Clerk:
  • Inputs data into the accounts payable system.
  • Maintains the filing both electronic and physical.
  • Responsible for matching invoices to checks.
  • Processes both incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Works closely with the Accounts Payable Representative.
  • Other job duties as assigned.

What You Will Need:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Data Entry experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, scanners and electronic filing.
  • Ability to do the job both timely and accurately.
  • Sitting for long periods.
