HiFyve is hiring a Product Support Representative (PSR) in West Palm Beach, FL

Salary: $40,000 – $70,000/year (Base + Commission potential)

Shift: Full-Time

Location: West Palm Beach, FL

Position Overview

We are seeking a Product Support Representative (PSR) to support customers across an assigned territory by growing parts and service revenue while building long-term customer relationships. This role focuses on identifying service and parts opportunities, conducting equipment inspections, and providing solutions that improve equipment uptime and performance. The PSR will work closely with service, parts, and sales teams to ensure customers receive exceptional support while promoting parts, service programs, and maintenance solutions across a wide range of heavy equipment brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop parts and service sales opportunities within assigned territory
  • Promote and sell maintenance services, consumables, undercarriage, and repair solutions
  • Prepare and present parts and service quotations for customers
  • Conduct routine machine inspections and 50-point equipment walk-around evaluations
  • Perform after-sales follow-up visits with customers
  • Review and present equipment monitoring reports and warranty documentation
  • Promote electronic parts ordering and other product support programs
  • Maintain detailed customer records including machine population and contacts in CRM
  • Track and submit daily call reports and activity updates
  • Collaborate with sales, parts, and service teams to deliver full customer support
  • Support marketing programs related to new equipment, used equipment, and all-makes service opportunities
