Job description

Work Flexibility: Hybrid or Onsite

Location: 510 Technology Drive STE #300, Irvine, CA

Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
  • Overtime based on business needs

What you will do

The Customer Service Representative serves as the primary point of contact for customers before and after sales, supporting the sales team by fostering strong client relationships that directly impact service and product revenue. This role involves handling customer inquiries, coordinating with internal departments to resolve issues related to product information, pricing, shipping, warranty claims, and repairs, while also identifying new and add-on business opportunities.

  • Serve as a liaison for internal and external customers, answering calls and processing email requests with professionalism and accuracy
  • Place and process product orders while partnering with the Warehouse and Logistics team to ensure timely distribution
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and the field sales team by providing accurate and complete product information
  • Perform data entry in Salesforce and ensure all order and customer records are up to date
  • Meet required KPIs, including purchase order processing, call handling, and email response times
  • Follow up on customer inquiries and support improvements in communication, workflow, and process guidelines
  • Collaborate with the customer service team and escalate issues to supervisors or managers as needed
  • Ensure compliance with all medical device regulatory requirements and perform additional duties as assigned

What you need

  • Two (2) years' relevant work experience

Preferred

  • Experience as account representative; order entry; SAP
  • Medical, billing experience

  • US10: $23.41 - $29.46 USD Hourly
  • US15: $24.48 - $30.80 USD Hourly
