Customer Service Representative

Global Call Forwarding is seeking more customer service representatives to come work at our Delray Beach HQ! We're a cloud communications service provider that has been in business since 1996.

We have teams in Delray Beach, Thailand, and Latin America. A lot of the employees have been with us for many years now. It's a stable job with good benefits (healthcare, 401k, etc.), respectful coworkers, an international clientele, interesting things to work on, good learning opportunities, and a work-life balance.

Customer Service Representatives are responsible for providing outstanding customer service to all United World Telecom prospective and existing customers.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and customer inquiries by phone, email, and chat
  • Responsible for providing customers with service information and order updates with confidence
  • Processing customer orders through various web interfaces and working with vendors
  • Handle customer disputes, billing inquiries, and payments
  • Work with sales, technical support, and accounting teams in handling customer inquiries
  • Attend other related tasks as needed

Schedule:

Monday – Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm

Requirements & Experience

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)
  • Prior customer service experience is preferred but not required
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational, analytical, and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite
  • Positive attitude
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Multilingual is a plus
