Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated professional Customer Service Representative for our PMFG team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers via phone and email to provide order updates, resolve inquiries, and ensure a seamless customer service experience while upholding the company's brand promise.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing updates on their orders through phone and email communication.
• Manage and communicate with customers regarding backorders, offering timely updates and solutions.
• Investigate and resolve claims and backorders efficiently, ensuring a timely resolution.
• Collaborate with manufacturing plants to address inquiries related to projects submitted to the production shops.
• Accurately input customer information into the CRM system based on collected data.
• Uphold and represent the company's values, delivering on the Whirlwind brand promise in every customer interaction.
