Customer Service / Sales Associate Employer: Auto Fit USA LLC Department: Sales Reports To: Sales Manager Customer Service Duties and Responsibilities: Providing a superior customer service experience to all walk-in contact and phone contact customers Generates and develops new business to meet specified production goals. Maintains and nurtures existing client relationships. Responds to all inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.

Understands and communicates information regarding company products, services, policies, and procedures to new and existing clients. Possesses and maintains thorough knowledge of auto body parts and automotive industry product information. Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Accurately process customer orders, returns, and exchanges using the company's POS and sales systems. Assist in maintaining an organized, clean, and welcoming sales floor environment. Support and collaborate with fellow sales associates and warehouse staff to ensure smooth customer transactions. Customer Service Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED equivalent required. Bilingual, in English, and Spanish. Customer service background. Prior automotive experience and knowledge of automotive parts preferred. Must be a self-starter and proactive.
