Job Description
Hey Colusa County PCA/CCA Agronomy Sales Reps, if you’re ready to make a move and advance your career this could be the ideal opportunity. GPAC has just partnered with a nationwide agriculture company that operates in the chemical, fertility, and seed sector that is looking to add an Experienced Crop Advisor Sales Rep to their team. You’ve worked hard building your book of business and they want to reward you with a very competitive salary and commission structure, full benefits, a company truck, 401K, and more. Key responsibilities:
  • Continue to service your existing customers while growing your territory
  • Keep up to date with the latest Ag technology
  • Follow industry news and stay informed on new products and research
  • Scout fields, collect samples, analyze and make soil and crop recommendations tailored towards growers’ needs
  • Plan, develop, and negotiate customer crop plans including fertility, crop protection, and seed portfolios
Key Qualifications:
  • Must be PCA licensed and CCA certified
  • Have at least 3 to 5 years’ retail Ag sales experience and an existing book
  • Current territory must be in and around Colusa County, California
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must have a clean driving record and a valid U.S. driver’s license
