We are seeking a Creative Director to lead and inspire a multidisciplinary creative team in delivering compelling, strategic, and high-quality work for our clients. This role partners closely with stakeholders to shape creative vision, guide execution, and ensure projects are delivered on time and at a high standard. The ideal candidate is a strong creative leader who can manage design direction, mentor team members, and drive collaboration across projects in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
The Work:
  • Lead and direct a team of designers, copywriters, and other creative contributors in the development of high-impact creative work.
  • Partner directly with clients and internal stakeholders to define and evolve creative vision, messaging, and deliverables.
  • Provide hands-on creative direction across campaigns, presentations, digital assets, and other branded materials.
  • Ensure all creative output aligns with brand standards, business objectives, and client expectations.
  • Manage creative scope, priorities, timelines, and team workload across multiple projects.
  • Review and refine work products to maintain quality, consistency, and strategic alignment.
  • Support collaboration across functions and contribute to cross-project creative problem-solving.
  • Mentor and support junior team members, providing feedback, coaching, and professional development
  • Must be able to go on site 100%.

Here's what you need:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 10+ years of experience leading creative teams and directing high-quality visual and/or integrated creative work such as photoshoots, website creation, digital, etc.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and team priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency with industry-standard creative tools and workflows. (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma)
  • Strong understanding of design, storytelling, branding, and content development best practices.

Bonus points if you have:
  • Experience working in highly regulated, government, or security-conscious environments.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across design, content, and strategy.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to confidently communicate creative rationale to senior stakeholders.
  • Experience building team processes, improving workflows, and scaling creative operations.
  • A track record of mentoring junior creatives and developing high-performing teams

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
