Job description

Job:

Client is an independent commodities broker based in Denver, Colorado offering futures and options markets along with physical brokerage to large energy and commercial hedging firms. A select, expert team with decades of commodity and brokerage experience delivering client focused solutions.

Position:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated broker to join and complement our current Biofuels desk who have significant market share with access to a vast portfolio of clients. This is a great opportunity to join a new organization at the forefront of this rapidly expanding marketplace looking to provide career advancement in a positive and collaborative work environment with a focus on teamwork and growth.

Responsibilities:

Transfer, build and maintain strong client relationships including producers, consumers and trading firms.

Monitor market conditions and trends while working with the team to provide analysis and insights to clients.

Execute trades with precision, ensuring compliance with market regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

Series 3 license.

Proven experience in commodity brokering/trading.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work effectively under pressure.

High accuracy and attention to detail is essential.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
