Join Our Team as a Lawyer at Axiom!

We are currently seeking Supply Chain Attorneys to work with our clients at some of the world's largest automotive, retail, technology, consumer goods, and professional services companies.

The ideal candidate will be attorneys experienced in advising supply chain, manufacturing and operations teams on commercial matters involving suppliers, manufacturers, distributors and logistics providers. Experience may include supply agreements, manufacturing agreements, contract manufacturing, distribution agreements, purchase terms, warehousing, transportation/logistics agreements, supplier disputes and supply continuity matters.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide legal counsel and support to clients on supply chain and transportation contracts, including drafting and negotiating agreements for procurement, transportation services, logistics, warehousing, and distribution.
  • Advise clients on regulatory compliance matters related to transportation and logistics, including federal transportation regulations, import/export controls, environmental regulations, customs laws, and international trade regulations.
  • Assist clients in mitigating supply chain risks, including supplier disputes, product recalls, supply disruptions, and compliance with ethical sourcing standards.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of legal experience advising on supply chain, transportation, logistics, or related commercial matters, preferably with in-house experience
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. and international supply chain regulations, including UCC, Incoterms, and FCPA. 
  • Experience drafting and negotiating supply chain agreements, including supplier, vendor, distribution, logistics, and service agreements
  • Active attorney license in good standing with a U.S. state bar
Compensation:

The estimated total compensation for full-time Axiom attorney roles is $104,500-325,000 per year and for non-attorney roles is $71,250-309,750 per year. Compensation decisions are based on various factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, certifications, location, and business needs.  Employees may be eligible for additional benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance; paid holidays and PTO; flexible work arrangements; and professional development opportunities and tools.
