About the Role
We partner with the world's leading AI research labs to build and evaluate frontier AI models - and we need cloud security practitioners who know how cloud environments actually fail.
This is a unique opportunity to apply your real-world security expertise to one of the most impactful fields in tech: AI training. You won't be writing policies or filing tickets - you'll be shaping how AI systems reason about cloud security risks, misconfigurations, and incidents.

What You'll Do
  • Analyze cloud security scenarios across AWS, GCP, and Azure to identify realistic risks and failure patterns
  • Review IAM policies, networking configurations, storage controls, and container security for gaps and misconfigurations
  • Classify security failures based on real-world blast radius, risk exposure, and business impact
  • Evaluate and improve AI-generated security reasoning so it reflects how cloud incidents actually unfold
  • Provide structured expert feedback that directly improves AI model quality and accuracy
Who You Are
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience working with cloud environments in production
  • Strong familiarity with cloud IAM, networking, storage, and container security across one or more major cloud platforms
  • Experience identifying or responding to real-world misconfigurations and security incidents
  • Able to reason clearly about blast radius, attack surface, and downstream business impact
  • Detail-oriented with clear written communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently and asynchronously
