These competencies ensure efficient, safe, and satisfactory cleaning services for clients, which is crucial for repeat business and reputation.

What is a commission cleaner?

Commission cleaners are cleaning professionals who are paid based on the amount of work they complete, rather than receiving a fixed hourly wage or salary. Their earnings typically depend on the number or types of cleaning jobs they finish, which can incentivize efficiency and thoroughness. Commission cleaners may work independently or for cleaning companies, and their pay structure allows them to potentially earn more by taking on additional jobs or clients.
