The Brown Firm is seeking a motivated personal injury attorney who puts clients first, works well as part of a team, and brings a strong work ethic to every case.

The ideal candidate can analyze case facts, conduct legal research, and draft precise legal documents for personal injury matters. They communicate clearly and professionally with clients, medical providers, and opposing counsel, and bring the same care to negotiation as they do to casework. This attorney manages multiple assignments effectively, stays composed under pressure, and adapts readily to meet client and team needs.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Handle all aspects of personal injury cases, including litigation
  • Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
  • Communicate regularly with clients and opposing counsel
  • Supervise your practice group team

Requirements:

  • Georgia-licensed attorney with 2+ years of experience, South Carolina licensed is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to follow standard and Firm procedures
  • Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments, work well under pressure, and stay flexible to meet client and team demands
