ADP is hiring a Sales Representative for R&D Tax Credits. Overview In this role, you will sell R&D Tax Credits within a designated geographic territory to Mid-Market employers (50 to 999 employees). You will manage complete sales cycles, from gaining access to obtaining contract signature, selling to both prospects and ADP's existing Human Capital Management (HCM) clients.

You will have access to ADP's support, training, and technology to set you up for success as you manage your book of business. Daily, you will leverage tools, technology and sales skills to gain access, build your pipeline, and advance opportunities through the sales process. You will drive the bulk of your business through self-generated sales pipeline, with opportunities to partner with other ADP sellers and COIs (Centers of Influence).

You will primarily sell into a company's executive/financial contacts, with SMEs from ADP's Tax Credits Operations team available to validate eligibility. Integrity, resilience, positivity, and a "refuse to lose" attitude are required. The role offers uncapped commissions, incentive trips, and opportunities to advance within a stable, respected tech company.

Implement a sales strategy targeted to decision-makers and business owners to build a network and capture new business. Deepen Relationships Across the ADP Family. Cultivate additional business within existing accounts while building lasting relationships.

Collaborate Daily. Serve as a trusted advisor and ADP ambassador to clients and internal partners while maintaining high ethical standards. To Succeed In This Role Required Qualifications Proven track record of closing sales, winning clients, and managing a territory.

Positive self-starter with the ability to cold call, manage time well, and present ideas clearly in writing, in person, and over the phone. Confidently fearless; you embrace opportunities, take risks, and challenge the status quo. Entrepreneurial spirit; you are resourceful, thrive under pressure, and bounce back quickly.

Trusted Advisor; you build relationships, act with integrity, and deliver on promises. Relevant Experience: 5+ years of quota-carrying, outside B2B sales. Hunter-type experience with self-generated pipeline required.

Tax Credits experience is a plus. Bonus/Preferred Qualifications A college degree is not required; strong network-building and social media skills for sales are valuable. Military experience with teamwork, resilience, negotiation, and trust-building is a plus.
