Compensation
Base Salary Range: $54,000 – $60,000 annually
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $75,000 – $95,000 annually (includes base salary, commission, and bonuses)
Commission: Uncapped and earned on every invoice
Weekly Sales Incentives

Job Brief
We’re looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager with a "hunter mentality" to join our professional sales team in inside sales and actively seek out and engage customer prospects at our Denver, Colorado branch location in a call center environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Regularly present, promote, and fulfill the sales of company products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling, social media, and meetings with cannabis manufacturers.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential and track sales and status reports.
  • Report on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
  • Sell, deliver, and take orders for company products.
  • Strategically develop business development plans and follow up as needed with both current and potential customers.
  • Conduct promotional work outside the office including prospecting, attending trade shows, and participating in sales activities.
  • Perform any other job duties as required.
Requirements:
