Job description

The Opportunity
We are seeking an ambitious, deeply networked Vice President, App Partnerships and Growth to lead both our mobile supply acquisition and strategic demand integration efforts.
In this executive role, you will scale our global mobile ecosystem by securing high-value direct publisher integrations and establishing critical demand partnerships across leading mediation platforms, DSPs, and programmatic ad networks.
You bring a blend of commercial deal-making, deep programmatic technical fluency (SDKs, OpenRTB, Mediation Bidding), and an extensive, ready-to-activate Rolodex of C-level monetization leads, gaming studios, app publishers, and programmatic demand partners.
Key Responsibilities
Publisher & Supply Acquisition
  • Drive Direct In-App Supply: Prospect, negotiate, and close enterprise-level agreements with top-tier mobile app developers, gaming studios, and global app publishers.
  • Activate Industry Network: Leverage existing relationships with heads of monetization, studio leads, and publishing executives to fast-track deal cycles and contract execution.
  • Lead Technical Integration Strategy: Navigate and close deals across diverse integration paths, including OpenRTB (oRTB 2.x/3.0), direct SDK deployments, custom S2S endpoints, and mobile mediation stacks.
Demand & Mediation Platform Partnerships
  • Secure Mediation Demand Integrations: Establish and scale strategic partnerships to integrate our demand/bidding solutions into top mobile mediation platforms (AppLovin MAX, ironSource LevelPlay, Google AdMob/Bidding, Unity, DT FairBid).
  • Expand Programmatic Demand Channels: Identify, negotiate, and onboard high-performing mobile DSPs, programmatic buyers, and agency trading desks to maximize bid density and yield across our app supply.
  • Drive Bidder Certification & Approvals: Navigate the partner approval and certification processes required to become an approved in-app bidder/custom network across primary mediation networks.
Execution & Yield Optimization
  • Full Sales Lifecycle & Pipeline Ownership: Manage pipeline forecasting, contract structuring (rev-share, hybrid, minimum guarantees), and executive-level negotiations to consistently exceed revenue targets.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Ad Operations, Solutions Engineering, and Product teams to monitor integration health, optimize win/fill rates, and reduce latency.
  • Market Intelligence & Industry Presence: Represent the company at major industry events; provide market feedback on auction dynamics, privacy framework changes (SKAN, Google Privacy Sandbox), and industry trends to steer product roadmap priorities.
What We're Looking For
  • 8+ Years in Mobile AdTech / Programmatic: Proven track record in mobile app business development, supply acquisition, and demand/mediation partnerships at an SSP, mobile ad network, or programmatic platform.
  • Extensive Rolodex: An established, active network of senior decision-makers across mobile app publishers, top gaming studios, mediation platforms, and programmatic DSPs.
  • Deep Technical Fluency:
    • In-depth understanding of OpenRTB protocols, SDK deployment workflows, API integrations, and server-side bidding.
    • Hands-on knowledge of mobile mediation architectures, in-app unified auctions, bidding adapters, and waterfall optimization.
    • Familiarity with traffic quality standards, anti-fraud compliance, and mobile attribution frameworks.
  • Commercial Deal Architect: Demonstrated ability to structure and close high-stakes, multi-faceted commercial agreements spanning both supply and demand.
  • Fast-Paced Execution: Ability to work autonomously, build robust pipeline visibility, and deliver on aggressive revenue KPIs in a fast-growing environment.
  • Executive Presence: Outstanding presentation, consultative selling, and negotiation skills suitable for C-suite engagements.
    Benefits:
    • Work from anywhere
    • Competitive base salary + uncapped commission
    • PTO package
