About the Role

The ideal candidate will be a proven automotive sales leader with strong closing skills, exceptional communication abilities, and the ability to develop a team of high-performing sales professionals. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, improving processes, increasing appointment show rates, and creating an environment where winning is the expectation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed monthly goals.
  • Create a culture focused on outbound calls, appointment setting, follow-up, and customer engagement.
  • Train and develop sales consultants on prospecting, phone skills, objection handling, and closing techniques.
  • Monitor CRM activity and ensure consistent follow-up with all opportunities.
