We're seeking a used car sales representative who is passionate about sharing our high-quality automotive models' key features! Our ideal candidate has experience working in a vehicle sales showroom, dealership, or similar retail sales environment. You bring experience with negotiation scenarios, and you make customer satisfaction a priority while meeting sales goals. You should navigate the dealership floor with professionalism and confidence. Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a professional appearance while working in the showroom or attending sales meetings to uphold the dealership’s reputation for excellence
  • Leverage excellent customer service skills and negotiation skills to effectively close sales
  • Confidently navigate used car sales contracts and work with sales management, finance, and service department team members to answer customer questions
  • Accompany auto sales customers on test drives that you arrange
  • Display used car features, characteristics, options, and more throughout the auto sales process

Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication skills and commitment to customer satisfaction are vital
  • At least one year working as a sales associate, preferably in a dealership setting, is necessary
  • Must hold a valid, state-issued driver’s license and acceptable driving record
  • Have an interest and knowledge in used car features, auto sales trends, car dealerships’ processes, financing options, and sales management
  • High school diploma mandatory; bachelor’s degree preferred
