As a Lead I, Asset Protection, you will play a critical role in safeguarding company assets and supporting a secure, safe operating environment. You will help protect the organization through proactive loss prevention strategies, risk mitigation initiatives, investigations, and security programs that support overall business objectives. This is an excellent opportunity for a security-minded professional who enjoys problem-solving, collaboration, and driving continuous improvement.

What you will be doing:

  • Develop and implement asset protection and loss prevention programs.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to strengthen security processes and controls.

  • Conduct audits, investigations, and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and opportunities for improvement.

  • Investigate security incidents, asset discrepancies, and potential fraud concerns.

  • Recommend and implement solutions that enhance asset protection and reduce loss.

  • Train and educate associates on security policies, procedures, and best practices.

  • Support strategic asset protection initiatives aligned with business goals.

  • Stay current on emerging technologies and trends in security and loss prevention.

  • Collaborate with law enforcement and external agencies when appropriate.

  • Promote a culture of security awareness throughout the organization.

What's needed: Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Criminal Justice, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, Security, Risk Management, or a related field.

  • Knowledge of asset protection and loss prevention strategies and techniques.

  • Experience conducting investigations, audits, and risk assessments.

  • Experience utilizing security technologies and related software systems.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or similar certification.

  • Master's degree in a related field.

  • Previous experience leading projects, programs, or teams in an asset protection environment.

  • Experience implementing innovative security solutions and process improvements.

The salary range represents the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting. The specific base pay may be influenced by a variety of factors to include the candidate's experience, skill set, education, geography, business considerations, and internal equity.  In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for bonuses, or other forms of variable compensation.
