Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales team in achieving and exceeding aggressive revenue targets through relationship-based engagement with high-net-worth individuals and corporate collectors.
  • Cultivate and expand a global network of collectors, art advisors, and institutional buyers, ensuring GGA  Gallery remains their primary source for contemporary and urban art.
  • Develop sophisticated pricing models and primary- and secondary-market strategies that maximize artist value and gallery profitability.
  • Curate and execute a high-impact annual calendar of exhibitions featuring a mix of local legends and international icons.
  • Design and oversee      "always-on" programming (talks, VIP previews, activations) that align with cultural trends and keep GGA Gallery at the center of the Miami art conversation.
  • Oversee the gallery's physical and digital presentation, ensuring every exhibition tells a compelling story that resonates with both seasoned collectors and new enthusiasts.
  • Identify and secure high-level partnerships with luxury brands, real estate developers, and cultural institutions to create unique revenue streams.
  • Representing GGA Gallery at major art fairs (Art Basel, etc.) and within the Wynwood community to increase brand visibility and influence.
  • Strategically identify and recruit new artists to the GGA Gallery roster who align with the gallery's aesthetic and commercial objectives.
  • Mentor and lead the gallery staff, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and luxury-level service.
  • Manage day-to-day gallery operations, including P&L responsibility, budgeting, forecasting, and complex international logistics/installations.
  • Oversee the tracking and movement of a high-volume inventory, ensuring impeccable record-keeping and insurance compliance.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of leadership experience in a high-volume commercial gallery, auction house, or luxury art advisory.
  • A documented history of closing six-figure deals and managing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients.
  • A strong "eye" for contemporary, urban, and street art, with the ability to articulate artistic value to diverse audiences.
  • Deep understanding of the art market,      including pricing trends, secondary market mechanics, and artist contract negotiation.
  • Exceptional management skills; experience leading a team in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • A passion for the Goldman legacy and the ability to operate at the intersection of "Street" and  "Fine Art."
