KITSCH is proud to be recognized as a self-financed, female-owned global accessory brand built on positivity and pure hard work. Established in 2010, with a business plan no longer than a paragraph, Kitsch has grown from door to door sales to selling products in over 27 countries across 20,000 retail locations worldwide.

KITSCH is committed to creating high quality products that are effortless, elevated and easy to use. From fashionable shower caps to our viral towel scrunchies, we aim to evolve your everyday essentials.

About the Role

KITSCH is currently looking for a proactive and results-driven Amazon Catalog Optimization Specialist to own and elevate our Amazon listings. • Be Proactive & Data-Driven: Monitor listing performance using internal dashboards and third-party tools (e.g., Helium10). Identify trends, uncover issues, and implement optimization strategies—before problems arise.
  • Collaborate & Communicate: Work cross-functionally with graphic design, marketing, and compliance teams to execute timely listing updates, ensure image and content quality, and support new product launches.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Track changes in Amazon’s algorithm, SEO best practices, and category-specific trends. Make proactive recommendations that ensure Kitsch remains competitive and top-ranked.
  • Independent Problem-Solving: Whether it’s troubleshooting suppressed listings or identifying why a product’s rank has dropped, you’ll take initiative, investigate thoroughly, and present clear solutions.

What are we looking for in you?

  • Experience
    • 4+ years of experience Managing and Optimizing Amazon Listings.
  • Required Skills
    • Deep understanding of Amazon's ecosystem.
    • Proficiency in market and keyword research.

    • Adept at troubleshooting.
  • Desired Skills

    • Excel.
  • Soft Skills
    • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, thinks ahead, and doesn’t wait to be told what to do.
    • A data-savvy content expert who balances creativity with strategic decision-making.
    • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

About the Offer

  • Location: US
  • Type of Contract: Full-Time
  • Modality: Remote
  • Competitive Pay: Depending on your experience
  • A dynamic team
  • An open mind for new ideas
  • Growth… growth and some more growth!
