Position Overview:
We are seeking a senior operations leader to oversee our flagship fulfillment facility and provide strategic leadership across our North America network. This role is accountable for driving operational excellence, scaling a multi-site distribution model, and delivering best-in-class service for a diverse client base.
This leader will own end-to-end performance across safety, service, and employee engagement. This position will assist in building a standardized, scalable operating model to support continued growth, acquisitions, and complex business needs. The role also plays a critical part in shaping the future of our network through technology, automation, and data-driven decision-making.
This is a highly visible leadership position with full P&L responsibility and significant influence over the direction of operations across North America.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead day-to-day operations across a multi-site, multi-shift North America network, ensuring consistent execution and service
  • Drive measurable improvements in safety, quality, service levels, and employee engagement
  • Build and develop a high-performing leadership team, creating a strong bench to support growth and succession planning
  • Own full P&L performance across labor, facilities, freight, capital investments, and systems
  • Develop and execute strategic financial plans aligned to business objectives
  • Lead integration of newly acquired facilities into unified systems, processes, and performance metrics
  • Optimize network performance through process standardization and continuous improvement
  • Evaluate and implement automation, systems, and infrastructure enhancements leading to improved throughput and cost reduction
  • Leverage data, analytics, and emerging technologies to anticipate demand and inform operational decisions
  • Champion Lean principles and Six Sigma methodologies, including Kaizen events, to drive continuous improvement
  • Foster strong partnerships across internal stakeholders and site leadership teams
  • Serve as a key ambassador for fulfillment operations, aligning priorities across functions and multiple sites

  • 8+ years of progressive supply chain or operations experience, including 2+ years in senior leadership across multiple sites
  • Demonstrated success scaling operations, driving standardization, and improving network performance
  • Experience implementing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
  • Demonstrated proficiency of Oracle EBS and/or WMS (Manhattan SCALE) preferred
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies

PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT
  • 10% travel across North America required to support site alignment and performance
  • Ability to operate effectively in both office and distribution center environments, including standing, walking, and observing operations

We are pleased to share the base salary range for this position is $150,000 to $170,000. If you are hired at BDA, your compensation will be determined based on factors that may include geographic location, skills, education, and experience. In addition to these factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any offer. In the spirit of pay transparency, the range listed is the full base salary range for the role and hiring at the top of the range would not be typical, in order to allow for future salary growth. The range listed is just one component of BDA's total compensation and rewards programs, which includes: robust PTO; vacation, a paid volunteer day, holidays and summer Fridays, Benefits; medical, dental, vision, life, and AD&D insurance, 401k; tuition reimbursement, mental health and financial wellness programs and professional development opportunities including tuition reimbursement. Certain revenue-generating positions may be eligible for incentive compensation.
