Position Title: Advanced Aesthetician / Medical Aesthetician 2+ years experience required
Location: Fort Myers, FL

Employment Type(Part-Time, Thursday, Friday, and every other Saturday)
Compensation: Competitive Hourly Pay + Commission + Incentive Opportunities

4Ever Young Fort Myers is a fast-growing wellness and medical aesthetics center focused on helping patients look and feel their best through advanced aesthetic treatments, wellness optimization, hormone therapy, injectables, skincare, and anti-aging services. We pride ourselves on exceptional patient experiences, results-driven treatments, and building long-term relationships with our members.
We are seeking an experienced, motivated Advanced Aesthetician who is passionate about skincare, patient education, and growing their income through performance-based commissions.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform advanced aesthetic treatments, including:
    • Hydrafacial
    • Microneedling/SkinPen
    • Chemical Peels
    • Dermaplaning
    • Customized facials
    • Sciton BBL/MOXI treatments (preferred)
    • Laser Hair Removal (preferred)
  • Conduct patient consultations and develop treatment plans
  • Educate patients on skincare products, memberships, and treatment packages
  • Recommend medical-grade skincare and wellness services
  • Assist in converting consultations into long-term memberships and packages
  • Maintain accurate charting and treatment documentation
  • Ensure treatment rooms remain clean, stocked, and compliant
  • Support social media content creation when appropriate (before/afters, videos, education)
  • Provide an exceptional patient experience to encourage retention and referrals
Qualifications:
  • Florida Licensed Aesthetician or Facial Specialist License required
  • Minimum 2 years of medical aesthetics or med spa experience preferred
  • Experience with advanced treatments strongly preferred
  • Experience with laser devices is a plus
  • Strong sales ability and comfort recommending treatment plans
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Self-motivated with desire to grow patient relationships and revenue
  • Experience with membership-based businesses preferred
Compensation:
Hourly Pay: Based on experience + commission
