ROLE DESCRIPTION: Future Agent – Internship Training Program
I am hiring individuals into my Future Agent – Internship Training Program who are interested in this opportunity to be their own boss in the future. During this two year training program, I will help you get your necessary licenses and train you on all you need to know so you are prepared to take advantage of this opportunity.
As an agency owner, you are your own boss with the flexibility to set your own hours, build your own team, and have the opportunity to earn $150K - $500K annually depending on how hard and smart you work.
