We are currently looking for a qualified employee to join our Home Health Team as a Full-Time Home Health RN. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills to work well with the patients, their families and their physicians. Supervision of the Home Health Aides and following all state and local regulations will be required. You will function under the direction of the Home Health Administrator.

As a member of our Home Health Team, you can make a difference every day by assisting our patients to lead a self-directed life and receive care in the comfort of their own home. You will be an active advocate for the individuals served and play a vital role in the patient-centered care provided by Skyline.

The duties of this position may include initial and ongoing evaluations of patients, compliance with physician orders, and completion of required documentation and chart management. The ideal candidate would need to be available Monday-Friday 8am-4pm with occasional nights and weekends, as well as a rotating on-call schedule. We are in search of a candidate with great leadership skills, excellent time management, and exceptional interpersonal skills. Extensive nursing experience or work history within the Home Health field is preferred but not required.


Qualifications:

18 years of age

Valid Nursing Certification for the State of Iowa Required

Valid Driver's License and Vehicle Insurance with a good driving record

Basic Computer Skills with EHR experience
