As a Home Health Registered Nurse, hereโ€™s a big-picture view of what youโ€™ll do:

  • Provide in house care to patients with illnesses, injuries and chronic diseasesโ€”often after discharge from a hospital, rehab or nursing facility
  • Work with a team of physicians and oversee LPNs, CNAs and aides providing patient care
  • Examine patients, do assessments, document progress and report changes to their physician
