This includes assessment,diagnosis, planning and establishing outcomes, implementation, andevaluation. Based on this process, theRN directs and is responsible for other personnel involved in client care. The RN maintains professional accountabilityfor all nursing care provided to clients in the organization. Demonstratescompetency in nursing judgment.Maintains awareness of economic barriers of health care and actsaccordingly. Demonstrates knowledge ofnursing care needs and treatments for clients of various clinical specialtiesin compliance with established standards of nursing practice. Will be required to work with clients 18years of age and older. Essential Functions and Duties: Ability to organize and coordinate nursing caredelivery for clients assigned. No performance deficiencies caused by failure toadapt to new techniques. Ability to direct others in health care delivery. Requires regular talking and hearing. Must be able to stand 4-6 hours.
