Job description

You are a sales and relationship management professional who works with a set of clients to grow revenue and ensure customer satisfaction. You will be the primary point of contact for your assigned accounts, building strong relationships with key decision-makers and acting as a bridge between the company and the client. As an Account Executive, you are responsible for both acquiring new clients and nurturing existing customer relationships. Your area includes Jupiter, Tequesta, Jupiter Farms, North Palm Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, Abacoa, Riviera Beach, Mangonia Park, Lake Park, Haverhill, West Palm Beach, Palm Beach. You will be an independent agent with a straight commission of 40% of initial marketing membership sales. Automatic renewals pay 30%. You will also have an opportunity to earn bonuses from training others and incentives. Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Acquisition and Retention: Prospecting for new clients, developing sales strategies, and closing deals. Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to drive revenue growth and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key client contacts, understanding their needs, and acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Solution Selling: Identifying client needs, aligning solutions with their goals, and presenting tailored proposals or product demos.
  • Account Management: Managing client accounts, tracking performance, providing regular reports, and addressing any concerns or issues.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Developing and implementing sales strategies, meeting or exceeding sales quotas, and contributing to the overall sales goals of the team.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicating with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders, and collaborating with sales representatives and other departments.
  • Market and Product Knowledge: Staying up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and their company's products and services.
  • Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving client issues, anticipating potential challenges, and finding creative solutions.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Sales Skills: Proven ability to close deals, build relationships, and drive revenue growth.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
