Are you a seasoned USCG-licensed Master Captain ready to lead from the helm and deliver unforgettable guest experiences? Nashville Riverboats is seeking a 100-Ton Master Captain to command our iconic passenger vessels along the Cumberland River. This is more than a navigation role - it's a leadership position at the heart of Music City's waterfront hospitality scene.

Nashville Riverboats delivers unforgettable sightseeing cruises, dining experiences, weddings, corporate events, and private celebrations. We blend Southern hospitality, live entertainment, and scenic river cruising into one-of-a-kind experiences.
What You'll Do
  • Command and safely operate a 90'+ passenger riverboat - Safety First, Always
  • Navigate swift currents and execute precision docing
  • Lead and mentor crew while setting the tone for service excellence
  • Serve as a visible ambassador of professionalism and hospitality
  • Play a key role in milestone events and memorable guest experiences

What You Bring
  • USCG 100-Ton Master's License (required)
  • Experience captaining 90'+ passenger vessels
  • Strong close-quarters maneuvering skills (paddlewheel experience preferred)
  • Guest-friendly, confident communicator
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Flexible availability (days, evenings, weekends, holidays)
