The Food Safety Supervisor ensures a sustainable, safe, clean, and functional environment in the CookUnity Commissary.
What you'll do...
  • Ensure the operations of CookUnity Commissary follows the Food Safety requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with the HACCP plan and maintains logs
  • Report/track any significant deviations from quality standards and recommends corrective action as necessary to management.
  • Establish regular training sessions for the quality control team and fulfillment employees on safety issues.
  • Participate in new product development to ensure proper food safety control plans can be implemented.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
  • Motivate and inspire the team of associates to achieve the goals, to strive for excellence and constant desire to improve and drive their business.

About you...
  • Experience managing food operations with a proven track record within a fast-paced environment.
  • State/Local Food Safety Certification; (ie. HACCP Manager, PCQI, )
  • Experience executing a HACCP plan
  • High level of experience and knowledge of food safety requirements
  • Be an excellent communicator
  • Ability to accept full accountability for the performance of your team and a proven track record of achieving business directives.

  • 18 years of age or older

Compensation
All final pay rates will be determined by candidates experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
