Commercial Construction Laborers & Crews – Nationwide Restaurant Renovations for RFS

Job Overview

  • Company: RFS (Regions Facility Services)

  • Salary/Pay Rate: Competitive flat fee per project (Base package with optional add-ons)

  • Location: Nationwide / Country-wide

  • Job/Employment Type: 1099 Contract

  • Schedule: 3–4 weeks on, 1 week off rotation (Primary overnight shifts)

  • Project Scope: Night commercial construction and comprehensive restaurant renovations

  • Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: Employer Identification Number (EIN), Active Workers’ Compensation Insurance, and General Liability Insurance

⚠️ MANDATORY REQUIREMENT – NO EXCEPTIONS

All crews must possess both Active Workers’ Compensation insurance (no exemptions accepted) and

General Liability insurance.

Crews without both active policies will not be considered.

RFS is seeking technologically proficient, multi-skilled Construction Laborers to form 5–6 person crews for various high-profile commercial remodeling projects across the nation. If your crew excels in interior trades—ranging from precision tile and flooring to carpentry and specialized finishes—this is your opportunity to partner with a leading general contractor. We offer a competitive, predictable flat-fee compensation structure and the potential for steady, year-long program rollouts.

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Full-Scale Remodels: Execute end-to-end commercial restaurant renovations overnight, ensuring high-quality facility standards are met under tight deadlines.

  • Specialized Interior Trades: Perform high-end tile/grout, flooring, carpentry, sheetrock, wallpaper, painting/staining, and light plumbing installations utilizing modern tools and techniques.

  • Blueprint Precision: Read and interpret architectural blueprints and technical drawings with absolute accuracy to customize and enhance restaurant environments.

  • Project Alignment: Actively participate and provide regular status updates during weekly project management huddles to keep timelines aligned.

  • Safety & Quality Control: Maintain rigorous safety protocols and premium quality control standards on all active job sites.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Commercial Expertise: Proven, verifiable experience in commercial construction and restaurant remodeling environments.

  • Travel & Shift Flexibility: Absolute willingness to accommodate cross-country travel and consistent night-shift operations.

  • Rotation Commitment: Ability to work a steady rotation schedule of 3–4 weeks on-site, followed by 1 week off.

  • Visual Portfolio: Must provide a portfolio showcasing high-quality photos of recently completed commercial projects.

  • Legal & Tax Compliance: Must possess a valid Employer Identification Number (EIN).
