Pay: $75k - $100k, based on experience and demonstrated skills

Summary

Staff and Direct Sales Team providing leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values. Focus on key results in areas including; exceptional customer development skills, establishing and maintaining long term relationships with new customers as well as our existing customer base.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

  • Acquire Sales Analysis of assigned geographic area and target service department roofing sales. Service department sales are sales for small re-roofs, preventative maintaince inspections, and leak calls. Service sales are less than $100,000 in contract value and/or less than 100 squares of roof.
  • Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company service sales goals and profitability.
  • Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets in your service territory.
  • Review market analyses to determine customer needs sales volume potential and pricing schedules that will meet company goals.
  • Analyze Sales statistics gathered by Sales Team to determine sales potential.
  • Responsible for Development and performance of ALL Sales Team activities in assigned market.
  • Establish plans and strategies to expand customer base in the assigned geographic areas.
  • Utilize the appropriate estimating channels to secure pricing for any quoted work that falls outside a pre-established MSA.
  • Represent Company at trade Association Conventions and meetings promoting Company Services at the request of the Company.
  • Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted by Sales Team.
  • Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the Team.
  • Develop and maintain marketing and sales material and current product knowledge.

Supervisory Responsibilities: None.

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:

  • Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or four to six years of related experience in Sales Management or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Fluent knowledge of a variety of computer software applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Center Point, Salesforce, and Raken
  • Knowledge of office administrative procedures and knowledge of use and operation of standard office equipment.
  • Ability to read, analyzes, and interprets general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure correspondence.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from employees, managers, and customers
  • Ability to define problems collects data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Willingness to travel and work with diverse client /customer base

Work Environment

While performing the duties of this job, the employee maybe exposed to outside unsheltered weather conditions and all types of weather for 2-3 hours. The employee could be working in extremely hot or cold temperatures that could range from between 0 and 140 degrees Fahrenheit.

The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment is usually an office type environment.

  • Ability to be aware of surrounding area due to working at high levels and with hot products.
  • Knowledge of and ability to follow safety practices and procedures used in working on ladders and roofs.
  • Ability to work outside in all weather conditions year round with exposure to excessive heat and cold.

All offers will be made on a 90-day trial basis. After 90 days of work, there will be a performance evaluation to determine whether or not you are a good fit for the position.
