OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION


Maxwell Brooks is working with a sophisticated Manhattan Commercial Real Estate law firm that is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its dynamic team.


This role will initially concentrate on a variety of complex commercial real estate leasing and/or financing transactions involving a spectrum of real estate assets located in New York City and/or nationwide. This is a unique opportunity to be mentored by distinguished Commercial Real Estate Partners who are genuinely dedicated to the Associate's professional growth. QUALIFICATIONS


The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of commercial real estate leasing, finance and/or acquisitions/dispositions experience, strong analytical and drafting skills, intellectual curiousity, and excellent academic credentials. Must be admitted to practice in New York.
