We are actively seeking a seasoned Commercial Real Estate Attorney to join our esteemed legal team. This is a permanent, full-time position, perfect for someone who is passionate about the intricacies of commercial real estate law and is excited to apply their expertise in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in handling complex commercial real estate transactions, including leasing, drafting, financing, purchase and sale, joint ventures, and employment matters.
Responsibilities:
As a Commercial Real Estate Attorney, your responsibilities will include:
1. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial real estate agreements, including leases, purchase and sale contracts, joint venture agreements, and financing documents.
2. Providing legal counsel to clients on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including due diligence, zoning and land use issues, environmental matters, and risk management.
3. Representing clients in negotiations with landlords, tenants, buyers, sellers, lenders, and other parties.
4. Conducting legal research and providing timely and relevant advice to clients on complex commercial real estate matters.
5. Collaborating with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality legal services.
6. Keeping abreast of changes in commercial real estate laws and regulations and advising clients accordingly.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must have:
1. A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the state bar.
3. A minimum of 6-15 years of experience in commercial real estate law, with a focus on leasing, drafting, financing, purchase and sale, and joint ventures.
