*Job Summary* As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of residential or commercial properties. Your role will involve ensuring properties are well-maintained, tenants' needs are met, and legal requirements are adhered to. *Responsibilities* - Manage all aspects of assigned properties - Handle tenant inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally - Coordinate property maintenance and repairs - Enforce lease agreements and property rules - Oversee rent collection and financial operations - Maintain accurate records using property management software (CMMS) - Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers - Stay updated on local landlord-tenant laws and regulations - Assist with Section 8 housing programs if applicable *Experience* - Proven experience in property management or related field - Strong knowledge of property maintenance practices - Familiarity with legal administrative procedures related to real estate - Excellent negotiation skills - Ability to communicate effectively with tenants, vendors, and team members - Understanding of property management laws and regulations
