Your daily responsibilities will include: Project Oversight: Manage all aspects of commercial plumbing projects from start to finish. Field Supervision: Supervise field personnel and schedule manpower for individual projects. Procurement: Handle buy-outs, material purchasing, and equipment deliveries. Communication: Generate and track RFIs, interact with General Contractors, and work with estimators during turnovers. Paperwork: Process all project paperwork including billing, change orders, subcontracts, and closeout documents.
