Job description

The Watson Organization is seeking an experienced, motivated construction project manager to oversee multiple commercial projects from pre-construction through closeout. You’ll manage project schedules, budgets, documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change orders while keeping strong communication with clients, subs, and the internal team. Must be proficient in Procore and Bluebeam, with solid scheduling experience. Estimating experience is a plus but not required. Looking for a team player, strong organizational and communication skills, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
