The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of the construction industry, commercial projects, and the ability to lead a team to success. They will be responsible for managing all aspects of a project, from planning and budgeting to contract negotiation and customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of commercial construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring projects are completed within the set budget constraints.
  • Handle contract negotiation and management, ensuring all contracts are fair, transparent, and beneficial for all parties.
  • Lead and motivate a team of professionals to ensure project success.
  • Manage project timelines, ensuring all projects are completed in a timely manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all client needs and expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Continually assess project performance, making necessary adjustments to ensure project success.
