Job description
Plumbing Project Manager position in the Orange County, CA. This is a permanent, full-time job offering a great salary and benefits package. Responsibilities: Manage large pre-existing Commercial Plumbing Projects.
Meet with Owners, GC's, subcontractors and vendors. Submit change-orders and RFI's. Track construction schedules and budget.
Ensure project is completed safely, on-time, and under budget. Requirements: Local. Bachelors in Construction or similar preferred.
Familiar with Title 24 and OSHPD requirements. 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager for large, commercial plumbing Construction company. Prior experience working with MS Excel, BlueBeam, MS Project, Quickpen, and/or Estimating software preferred.
