Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Responsible for the financial health of assigned projects, ensuring profitability while meeting contractual obligations.
  • Oversee project progress, proactively identifying potential roadblocks, delays, or issues; implement immediate corrective actions accordingly.
  • Proficiently manage subcontract and client monthly pay applications, subcontract amendments, and necessary written notifications governing the work.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently while cultivating and maintaining client relationships; ensure timely responses to urgent situations.
  • Track and manage labor, equipment, and material costs associated with ongoing projects.
  • Lead and supervise the Superintendents, holding accountable for overall performance.
  • Coordinate with Superintendents to determine proper manpower and schedules for upcoming projects.
  • Prepare accurate monthly billings based upon current job completion status.
  • Complete monthly WIP (Work in Progress) reporting.
  • Lead, manage, exhibit, and hold accountable to the core values of Dedicated, Integrity, Pursuit of Excellence, and Team Player.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in project management
  • Prior commercial and/or retail painting experience
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and analytical skills
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively as a team player
  • Proficiency with construction management software (Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Eclipse, and/or Procore experience is a plus)
