Our client is seeking a Technical Product Trainer to serve as a key technical resource supporting customers, sales teams, and field service personnel. This highly visible role combines technical expertise, customer engagement, and training leadership to ensure customers maximize the value of their equipment while strengthening long-term relationships.


The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical professional who enjoys educating others, solving problems, and acting as a trusted advisor throughout the customer journey.


What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Serve as the primary technical training resource for customers, sales teams, and service personnel
  • Deliver product training programs that increase customer knowledge, product adoption, and overall satisfaction
  • Support the sales organization by providing technical expertise throughout the sales process
  • Assist customers with equipment installation, configuration, startup, and troubleshooting
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues related to product performance and field applications
  • Ensure compliance with warranty, service, and operational procedures through customer education and support
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through ongoing engagement and technical consultation
