JOB SUMMARY

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Roseville is seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Operations Manager (10+ years of experience) with a proven track record in both Commercial and Residential plumbing operations. This is a hands-on leadership role designed for someone who thrives in a startup environment and can build systems, lead teams, drive revenue growth, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Ensures vehicles in the fleet are maintained both mechanically and visually to company standards.

  • Develops and delivers business plans to achieve budgeted sales and required profits
  • Completes/reviews Daily Management Report (DMR)
  • Directly supervises the Operations and Administrative Teams of the business and Sales Leadership to ensure all established goals (operations, sales, safety, customer satisfaction, etc.) are achieved
  • Conducts performance reviews with each direct report and assists direct reports by holding their team members accountable to performance, behavior, and attendance standards
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
