TITLE: Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney

Job Summary:

Boutique law firm seeking an Associate Attorney with experience in commercial litigation. This role offers a mix of dispute resolution, client counseling, and contract/transactional work for early-stage and mid-market companies.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage commercial litigation matters (state & federal courts)
  • Handle mediations, arbitrations, hearings, and trials
  • Advise clients on corporate, employment, and compliance matters
  • Draft/review contracts and corporate documents
  • Support M&A, financing, and business transactions
  • Conduct legal research and due diligence

Qualifications:

  • JD + active bar in NJ, NY, or PA (NJ preferred)
  • 4+ years commercial litigation experience
  • Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills

Preferred:

  • Franchise, employment, or business disputes
