$235,000 – $390,000+

A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney to join its Seattle office.

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in representing businesses, financial institutions, and other clients in sophisticated commercial disputes in state and federal courts.

Ideal Background

3–6 years of commercial litigation experience

• Experience handling complex business disputes, contract litigation, shareholder disputes, financial services litigation, or other sophisticated commercial litigation matters

• Experience with pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, hearings, arbitrations, and trial preparation

• Experience litigating matters in state and federal courts

• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills

• Ability to independently manage matters while working directly with clients

• Excellent academic credentials

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required

• Washington bar admission required or ability to become admitted
