As our firm continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Litigation Associate to join our expanding team. You will play a critical role in advancing cases, producing polished written work, and providing practical, well-reasoned guidance to clients.

What You'll Do
  • Independently manage and advance an active litigation caseload
  • Draft, review, and finalize motions, briefs, pleadings, and correspondence
  • Take and defend depositions
  • Contribute to trial preparation and case strategy
  • Provide structured legal analysis and practical client guidance
  • Communicate proactively with clients and team members regarding case status and deadlines
  • Maintain organized case materials and meet deadlines consistently

What We're Looking For
  • 4-8 years of litigation experience
  • Active Colorado bar license
  • Strong legal writing and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines with accuracy and consistency
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational discipline
  • Experience in commercial, construction, or real estate litigation is a plus

Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary Range - $145,000 - $160,000 (depending on experience)
  • Quarterly Bonus Potential - from 3% to 16% of total realized revenue with no billable hour requirements. Bonuses are tied to clear objective metrics, offering substantial earning potential for high performers.
