A Commercial Leasing Associate is a real estate professional who specializes in assisting property owners and tenants with the leasing of commercial spaces such as offices, retail stores, and industrial properties. Their main responsibilities typically include marketing available properties, negotiating lease terms, conducting property tours, and preparing lease agreements. They act as intermediaries between property owners and prospective tenants to ensure a smooth leasing process.
