Job description

A client of AlphaStaffHCM is looking for a Landscape Maintenance Manager to join their team. The company is a growing commercial landscaping provider serving multifamily communities, banks, office buildings, and other commercial properties throughout Central Texas. Known for its customer-focused approach and commitment to service excellence, the organization offers a collaborative environment where Account Managers play a critical role in maintaining client satisfaction, ensuring quality work, and identifying opportunities for account growth. 

Day to day:

  • The Landscape Maintenance Manager serves as the primary point of contact for commercial landscape maintenance clients throughout the Austin market. This person is responsible for conducting regular property inspections, ensuring maintenance crews are delivering services to company standards, communicating directly with clients, and identifying opportunities for additional services. The role acts as the liaison between customers and field teams, ensuring clear communication and exceptional service delivery across assigned accounts.



Key responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with commercial landscape maintenance clients including multifamily communities, banks, office buildings, and other commercial properties
  • Conduct routine site visits and property inspections to ensure contractual services are being completed properly
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and landscape maintenance crews
  • Verify quality and completion of maintenance services including mowing, weed eating, pruning, and general landscape upkeep
  • Communicate customer requests, concerns, and service expectations to field crews
  • Identify and propose additional service opportunities, enhancements, and maintenance recommendations
  • Prepare and present bids for additional work and account enhancements
  • Resolve customer concerns and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention
  • Document site conditions, photos, and service notes using CompanyCam and internal systems
  • Coordinate with operations teams to ensure all service commitments are executed efficiently and on schedule

Must have's:

  • Experience managing commercial landscape maintenance accounts
  • Commercial landscaping knowledge and understanding of maintenance operations
  • Strong customer service and relationship management skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities simultaneously
  • Experience coordinating with field crews and ensuring quality standards are met
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish

Nice to Have Qualifications:

  • Experience working with multifamily housing communities
  • Experience using CompanyCam or similar field documentation software
  • Prior experience selling enhancement projects or additional landscape services

Compensation and Perks:

  • Salary: $52,000 – $60,000
